| NEW MEMBERS MINISTRY Membership is more than simply a statement of where you worship. At DFMI, it is a commitment to the mission and vision of the ministry. The purpose of the New Members Ministry is to provide information, orientation and support to individuals after they become members of Divine Faith Ministries. Our New Members training includes a 14-lesson plan in which we cover a series of classes ranging from discipleship to spiritual warfare. You are also given information on the essentials of membership as well as on the various ministries and how you can get involved. These classes can be completed in two all-day Super Saturday training sessions, which is scheduled on the 3rd and 4th Saturdays of the month. Attendance at our membership classes offers you an opportunity to interact with and ask questions of staff members and DFMI leaders. This is the best way to gain an understanding of the core values and vision of Divine Faith Ministries International. You will come away excited about what the Lord is doing in and through the ministry. Our New Members orientation also includes a breakfast meeting with our Pastor. A certificate of completion is awarded at the end of your training. |
